Already placed an order?

Include the order number and the email you used at checkout — that is all we need to find it. You can also look an order up yourself:

• My Orders — sign in with a magic link, no password to remember. Status, tracking, the finished card and the recording all live there.
• Your confirmation email has the order number in the subject line.

Might already be answered

• The FAQ covers shipping, re-recording, refunds and what arrives in the box.
• Stuck on what to say? Sample messages — dozens of them, and you can print them to read aloud while you record.
• Want your photo or recording deleted? Ask above, or read what we keep and for how long.
